At first the taste of the wrapper turned me off – the taste was harsh and nasty. A few minutes into this smoke the taste subsided and the cigar turned out to be a pleasant smoke that had a mild body and slightly creamy taste. $4.80

Park Avenue

Park Avenue

A leathery smoke with hints of nut and bread. Medium bodied and smooth throughout. For my palate it was okay, just. At $6 a stick, not just enough for me.

Medium to full in body. Dark and oily maduro wrapper conceals a hefty dose of Nicaraguan and Brazilian long-fillers. The smoke is hearty and rich, and slow to burn. 5 Vegas Gold

This cigar has a rich satiny texture and a slight nutty taste with mild peppery notes – yet, creamy. A very nice smoke and of all the Vegas I’ve experienced this one is the best. And not a bad price at $3.60 a stick.

5 Vegas Gold Maduro

Smooth, rich and sweet flavors with a mellow bouquet. A dark oily wrapper filled with a hint of butter, coffee, and pepper. Sounds like a weird combination but what little I had was not bad. This particular cigar kept burning out on me. I’ll have to try this again sometime. $3.20
