Virtuoso
The Virtuoso delivered a rich, robust smoking experience that felt bold, flavorful, and wonderfully satisfying from beginning to end.
Right from the first draw, the cigar introduced deep espresso-like richness layered over warm woody undertones that immediately grabbed my attention. The smoke carried a dark, roasted quality that reminded me of strong coffee — rich, earthy, and slightly bitter in a very good way — while the wood notes added balance and structure beneath the heavier flavors.
As the cigar developed, a noticeable spice began to build, giving the smoke a robust edge without becoming harsh or overpowering. The spice lingered nicely on the palate and paired beautifully with the darker espresso character, creating a profile that felt full, hearty, and masculine.
The smoke itself was thick and flavorful with a texture that coated the palate in a satisfying way. Construction overall was excellent as well. The cigar burned slowly and evenly, allowing plenty of time to enjoy the progression of flavors and settle into the experience without feeling rushed.
What impressed me most was how balanced the cigar remained despite its stronger profile. Rich espresso, wood, spice, and earth worked together naturally, with no single flavor completely dominating the others.
At around $6.00 a stick, the Virtuoso felt well worth the price. It delivered enough flavor, strength, and richness to feel premium without venturing into overly expensive territory.
A bold, slow-burning cigar with plenty of character and a rich espresso-forward profile that I thoroughly enjoyed.
