The Edge Lite
The Edge Lite delivers exactly what its name promises — all the flavor and character you would expect from the Edge line, just without the heavy punch that some smokers may find overwhelming.
From the first draw, this cigar leaned smooth, mild, and creamy while still maintaining enough flavor to stay interesting throughout the smoke. Unlike many “lighter” cigars that sacrifice richness in exchange for a gentler profile, the Edge Lite managed to keep a satisfying level of taste and body without ever becoming too strong or aggressive.
Flavor-wise, I picked up creamy tobacco notes layered with hints of cedar, toasted nuts, soft earth, and a touch of natural sweetness. There was enough richness there to remind you that you were smoking a quality cigar, but the overall profile remained mellow and easygoing from start to finish.
The smoke itself was smooth and flavorful with no harshness or bitterness, making this an excellent cigar for a relaxed afternoon or for smokers who enjoy flavor without the nicotine kick often associated with fuller-bodied cigars.
Construction was solid as well. The draw stayed easy, the burn remained consistent, and the cigar produced thick, creamy smoke throughout the experience.
In short, the Edge Lite is exactly what it claims to be: flavor without the punch.
Definitely “Lite” — but in a very good way.
