Punch
The Punch cigar delivered exactly the kind of bold, traditional smoking experience that has kept the brand respected among cigar smokers for decades — rich, flavorful, and wonderfully satisfying from start to finish.
From the first draw, the cigar struck a nice balance between smoothness and spice. It carried enough body and strength to feel robust and substantial, yet remained refined enough to avoid becoming harsh or overpowering. The smoke itself was thick, rich, and full of character, immediately coating the palate with deep tobacco flavor.
What really stood out was the range of flavors woven throughout the smoke. Notes of leather, wood, and earth formed the core profile, creating that classic old-school cigar richness that feels timeless and familiar. A steady thread of spice lingered in the background, adding energy and depth without overwhelming the more earthy and leathery characteristics.
The aroma was equally enjoyable — rich and leathery with that unmistakable scent of aged tobacco slowly drifting through the air. It had the kind of aroma that makes you want to slow down, settle into the moment, and simply enjoy the experience.
Construction was solid throughout. The cigar burned evenly, maintained a comfortable draw, and delivered a long, lingering finish that stayed pleasantly on the palate after each puff.
This is not a flashy cigar chasing trends or novelty flavors. The Punch instead focuses on delivering classic cigar flavor done well — earthy, leathery, spicy, and robust in all the right ways.
A genuinely enjoyable smoke and one that reminded me why traditional cigar blends still have such enduring appeal.

Smoked another one of these today. It had a spicy start and then mellowed out to a long think smoke. It burned evenly with a solid ash. Not bad.
