Red Eye
The Red Eye was an absolute pleasure to smoke and easily one of the more satisfying cigars I’ve had recently.
From the very first draw, this cigar came alive with rich notes of espresso and creamy milk chocolate layered over a deep, flavorful tobacco core. The combination created a smooth, almost dessert-like character that remained balanced and enjoyable throughout the entire smoke. Every puff delivered thick, velvety clouds with a sweetness that lingered beautifully on the palate without ever becoming artificial or overpowering.
What really stood out was the richness of the smoke itself. Bold, creamy sensations rolled across the palate one after another — espresso, cocoa, earth, and subtle sweetness all working together seamlessly. The aftertaste was especially enjoyable: long, smooth, and velvety with traces of chocolate and coffee lingering well after each draw.
Construction was equally impressive. The cigar burned slowly and evenly from start to finish, allowing the flavors plenty of time to develop and unfold naturally. The draw remained effortless throughout, producing dense aromatic smoke that only added to the experience.
This is the kind of cigar that feels indulgent without becoming too heavy. Rich enough to satisfy experienced smokers while remaining smooth and approachable enough to simply relax and enjoy.
At around $6.00 a stick, the value here feels exceptional.
Damn good cigar — and absolutely worth the money.

Man, still a favorite of mine!
I find myself coming back to this cigar. It’s neck and neck with Java by Drew Estate. They are both so good!
