- 1.5 cups of Powdered Sugar
- 2 cups of Butter or Margarine softened
- 2 tsp of Vanilla
- 4.5 cups of All-Purpose Flower
- 1 cup of Finely Chopped Nuts
- 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions:
- Heat over to 400 degrees F. In large bowl, mix 1 cup powdered sugar, the butter and vanilla. Stir in flower, nuts and salt until dough holds together.
- Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place about 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until set but not brown. Roll in additional powdered sugar while warm. Cook completely on wire rack, about 30 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar again.

Cook's Tip:
- You can freeze these cookies up to three months. You may want to reroll them in a little extra powdered sugar before serving.
